Blockchain technology and the activities that take place within it can be confusing for the average user – even if they are knowledgeable about decentralized systems. Blockchain explorers have been around since the inception of the Bitcoin blockchain, although they have evolved to be more than just tools to check a transaction’s status.
In the past ten years, developers have improved the user experience and taught people regarding blockchain operations. This has been beneficial for wider comprehension, but also allowed users to pick tools that fit their individual needs and preferences thanks to a larger number of explorers.
We recently launched the Avalanche Explorer to the public, yet we wanted someone else to create an extraordinary application that would provide users with a different viewpoint and more options.
Today, we’re proud to unveil Avascan, a blockchain explorer that allows users to investigate blockchains, transactions, validators, delegators, assets and smart contracts on Avalanche. The Avascan team has been given an Avalanche-X grant and is actively involved in the Avalanche developer community.
We are delighted to present the fantastic accomplishments of the Avascan team, and we urge all to take a look.
Avalanche is a network of blockchains: such a complex platform requires an easy way to browse it. Blockchains, transactions, validators, delegators, assets, and smart contracts are all part of the same picture. The Avascan explorer is the answer: designed with speed, privacy, and scalability in mind to be a one-stop-shop, it allows users to browse, and developers to BUIDL on its APIs.
